Hopefully many of you had a chance to attend Brent’s presentation to the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) in Calgary on November 5th, 2008. This was the first in a three part series about landlording. Brent spoke about dealing with difficult tenants, in particular how realizing what type of game face you’re presenting to your tenants can change the way you behave. There’s three types of ‘game faces’ and you need to understand them and use that to change how you communicate.
