I have had the run around with Landlord. With asking a simpel safty qustion- whay were the fire extingesers olny fulled when the houe had its first year inspection. What are the rules! can you please help. I have been told by city councel way is this law if its commerce olny The has to be a fire wall if it was in the building coad at the time. I am in a commercel zone but my studo appartment is privote rented ... Oh God All I wanted was A fire wall or know my rights! And not to full the extingshures up every year.
